Hang in there-Poppystamps

Welcome to the Poppy Blog where us designers get the privilege of showcasing the New dies!
Ready for a walk on the wild side?

I merely die cut the vine die from a front panel measuring 4 x 5.25. I added an embossed cloud pattern with an embossing folder and water-colored around the clouds.
I then die cut my three monkeys from two different browns assembled and hung from vines. The third on is not glued so she swings freely.
The sentiment is from a poppystamps stamp set. I hope you are enjoying all the fabulous projects by the design team. Now leave a comment here to be entered to win a monkey die!
Have a beautiful day!

Welcome to the Poppy Blog and the Blog Blitz for our Newest release! Wow it sure has been exciting so far hasn't it? I am excited to show you the card I created using the Old Porch Chair. I thought this would be an absolute terrific image for a welcome to the neighborhood, or welcome home or a housewarming. You name it! The whole Rustic Design concept is
totally in right now and that's where I pulled my inspiration from.

Create you background design using Memory Box Co. Stencils. I chose dots. 2 coordinating colors of distress inks.

Feel Better Soon
by Lezlye Lauterbach Poppystamps

Susanna blossom poppy

Welcome to Spring and allergies! Which then brings colds and other illnesses. So,  I Decided to make a cheerful Get well card. I used the Susanna Blossom Die to cut out on watercolor paper. I then used the Zig Kuretake watercolor markers to color my flowers. I then Bunched them together and tied with some hemp cord.

Susanna 2
I added glossy accents to the flowers and then mounted them to the card panel with foam squares. I love to mat my focal image with several layers of colored card stock for a really nice finished card.
have a lovely day!

Green Hello-Poppystamps

Welcome Spring! I love GREEN! The hills all around me are green due to some much needed rain. Yahoo! I decided to make my card primarily green and white with a splash of gold!
I used the Darling Viola Die along with the viola leaves for my focal point.Cutting them out of white and two shades of green for added intrest.
I layered them up as shown and added foam square mounting tape to the back. I cut my sentiment hello out of green as well. Set my layers up and found and awesome piece
of textured paper to mount my diet flowers on. Some gold sparkle paper strips spaced behind the textured piece for some wow factor.. Bling was added in a visual triangle.
